Excellent service experience! I was passing thru LA and my work Sprinter broke down. No other dealer nearby was able to take me bc of their workload, but this location told me to tow it in. I was from out of state and knew nobody in the state, so this meant ALOT to me. Walter, Vickie, Alea, and Kim were the best, but I really wish I knew the service provider's name; he is the MVP! Hands down the best buying experience I’ve had at any dealership. Craig was my sales point of contact and exceeded my expectations over and over. He was a fantastic communicator and very humble. In less words, this was a fuss free experience. I drove from TN to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new sprinter. All around extremely fair and efficient. I have requested B.J. for service to my and my wife's Mercedes SUV's because everytime we brought our SUV'S in he made sure they were serviced right away and it was always done right. He's professional but also very friendly and always listens carefully to anything you might tell him is giving you trouble. He follows up with you and makes sure there are no unecessary delays. I highly recommend this dealership. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was surprised to see the luxurious interiors of the vans in the showroom!! I spoke with Jeanne and she introduced me to the staff they were all very professional and friendly. Plus they are huge Saints fans so ya can't go wrong wit dat!!
BJ at Mercedes van service is the best advisor that MB has!!!! He listens, patient, excellent customer service skills and someone that you can trust. I always feel comfortable and at ease when working with BJ. I think all advisors should learn a thing or to from BJ.
We were basically stranded in our MB RV and 12 hours from home. BJ, the "service advisor" got us on the books for service the next morning. Most MB dealerships need weeks of notice to work on an RV. This dude said, "no problem bro. Bring it by in the morning." That was at 3pm the day before. BJ also allowed us to bring our dogs and cats inside while we waited and he even carried the dog beds back out when we left. This place is awesome and BJ you are awesomer & Happy Anniversary bro
I recently brought my wife's Mercedes GLE 400 in for service / repairs and the experience was terrific. I brought the car in, dropped it off, their shuttle service brought me to work and I picked up the vehicle in the afternoon. Could not have been easier! Very convenient Mercedes service downtown. Really nice people!
